  • Avatar stormer_xxi How to I make sure I won't miss any of my college team's games this season?
Aug 03, 2007 by stormer_xxi | Posted in Football (American)

I'm a USC fan, and I moved from CA to DC. But I'm sure college football dispersed around the country must be having similar issues.

The games are either on a network (ABC) or Fox Sports West. I'm thinking …br /> ESPN Gameplan on Dish Network looks promising, but the description of "up to 12 out of market games per week" is really nebulous and they won't guarantee to have my Trojans!

    Anyone solved this mystery?

    • The gamplan should cover the trojans if they are not being nationally televised, it may tough to catch any games there in DC because they would show the closer universities more often than not. The gameplan always covers the top teams, which is what they are so you should be able to see them more often than not, if that doesnt work look for a website that will show you the game there is always a way.

  • Avatar podolski72 What's the best way I can spread the gospel of cricket in America?

I'm just an average American guy, not the child of immigrants from cricket-loving countries. i'm a mad keen cricket fan. how can i spread my joy for the game?

there are plenty of Indian students who play cricket in my city, but I can't really play with them as I am a complete beginner.

i bought a tennis ball bat and some heavy tennis balls. how can i develop my game on my own?

    • The best way is playing it often there and telling your friends who don't know what cricket to join you when you play cricket. If more people play cricket then it will be a success so you have to start from the beginning.
